She began working at the Medical Centre «Polynar» as a licensed nurse. Later, after showing her abilities of a manager, good organizator, deep decency, reliability and exactness, she was appointed to the position of the head nurse. She is irreplaceable in the team. She takes responsibility for arrangement of training for the nursing staff, schedule of work, supply of medication to the Centre in time.
