I have such a question. I am 44 years old, I drink no often than 2 times a week. And I do not consider myself an alcoholic. And I had permanent dizziness for the past year. I have problems with vision, nerves are not in order. High sensitivity to sounds, to bright light. I had a complete examination. No serious problems were found. CT showed signs of encephalopathy. My father often drinks, it usually happens after his coming back from work. He always comes drunk and begins to row, beat us with mum. When he is sober, he does not remember all that, he snatches at his head and says that it could not be so, he could not wish to do so. He refused from treatment at all.
